lack of knowledge mostly to the new technologies emerging every day

by making people be informed at a lower cost,if possible let the government intervene and offer it freely to educational institutes no matter how small they are

if given the opportunity and resource i can make sure most of the schools do have PCs in schools

mis-management of the government resources by people for their own beneficials
